This is exactly what I’ve been needing for my training! I’ve been preparing for a 50 mile race and having trouble figuring out nutrition. I was having rough long runs with slow recoveries because I wasn’t getting all I needed. I decided to give tailwind a try after reading blogs of some ultra runners who’ve adopted it into their routines. I couldn’t be happier and I’ve been shocked just how fast my recovery has been following my longer runs. I’ll be using tailwind from here on out!
