    This stuff is great for distance running! Have been using it this summer after hearing about it from multiple people at races. Tailwind has a mild flavor so its easy to drink and has been very easy on my stomach. I would highly recommend it!

    I love this endurance fuel. I notice clearly that it extends how far I can run at a certain pace without hitting the wall and it doesn’t bother my stomach at all! I even like the taste of the lemon stuff. This will be my main calorie source from now on during races.

    in the last leg of 110 mi fondo I was fed this and rocketed to take my age group. Had to get a bag to try and have not been disappointed. I use it primarily for shorter workouts under 3 hours.

Each serving is 100 calories. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When it’s dialed in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter workouts (<2hr), you can use less Tailwind to taste.
