Hiked Mt. Washington in NH and used this in my camelback.
for the 4 hour, 4000 vertical foot hike. It didn't seem any better than plain water and not as beneficial as Gatorade.

You want to target 200-300 calories/hour so in a 70oz/2 liter hydration pack, you'll put in 7-8 scoops of Tailwind. 70oz will last around 3.5 hours.
