Tailwind Rebuild Recovery Drink is the first sport recovery drink based on a patent-pending perfectly complete protein. We start with organic rice protein, and supplement it with amino acids to make that protein complete. Then we add carbohydrates, some healthy fats from coconut milk, and just the right amount of electrolytes. Usage Of Rebuild Recovery Drink

Mix a serving of Tailwind Rebuild with 16oz (500mL) of water. Drink within the first 30 minutes after exercise. For longer or more intense workouts, follow with another packet of Tailwind Rebuild in the following 30 minutes.

    I love this recovery powder! Not only does it taste amazing but I have noticed a big difference in how I'm feeling after a hard workout. Highly recommend!

    It tastes good and I can really feel the difference in my recovery. When I can't get home to eat real food immediately after a workout (often) this is my go to, Have used, and like, all three flavors. Also, vegan. :)

    Delicious without the chalky texture

    This is my first time trying Tailwind's recovery drink and I am fan! I'm a vegetarian and have always found it difficult to find a good recovery drink that doesn't have some weird ingredients. The mix does take a little more whisking/shaking but the consistency is super smooth. Will definitely make this my go-to for my post long runs.

    After trying numerous previous recovery mixes, I've finally found the one! It's the only one I've found that doesn't have any sugar alcohols, stevia, or other artificial flavors that cause bloating and GI distress. I love that it's plant-based, but unlike other plant-based protein mixes this one tastes great. I like that it's got actual carbs in it, too--just what I need after long workouts!

    Since I'm petite, I don't use a full 2 scoops for a run under 14 mi. I do mix it up in advance, and then throw a couple of ice cubes in and put it in my cooler. As soon as I get off the trail a nice cold recovery drink is waiting for me. I like that it tastes good and goes down easy - no upset stomach. I'm pushing more miles each week so I'm pretty tired after my runs, so hard to tell if it helps or not. However, I do think it's important to get nutrition in right away and this works perfectly for that, without being too filling.
