Taste is fine, but the magic is that the intra-run carbs sit well in your stomach and provide a slow drip of glycogen replenishment without the large peaks and valleys that can come from other carb sources. Recovery mix does well after a long run in a smoothie and really helps bring you back to life quickly. The rapid hydration tastes pretty bad, but it's not entirely unbearable. All in it's a win because of how it sits in the stomach and how well the body reacts to it. Love that it's clean

Love the recovery mix after my long trail runs. The flavors are all good. My favorite it the vanilla flavor.

Please bring back the coffee flavor, even if there's no caffeine. Strawberry is never my favorite "flavor" even though I love real strawberries. It reminds me of medicine when I was a kid.
