    Best drink I've every tried while running

    Due to the nature of most 'endurance drinks' I routinely used gels and other items and ultimately had stomach issues on any run over 26 miles. My first time using Green Tea was amazing. I found I actually 'craved' the drink and it tastes awesome. I love the research and development that has gone into this product as well! Well done Tailwind!

    Best Flavor!

    I started my Tailwind journey with a sample pack. Quickly decided that Green Tea Buzz was my favorite. Then Colorado Cola came out...amazing! The best flavor ever!!! Excellent decision to do this. Excellent fuel flavor for long races and long runs. Now I have a new question: does it taste more like Coke or Pepsi? :)

    Colorado Cola is a great flavor. Easy to drink, easy on the stomach. Great fuel for the ride/run. Can't wait to get into events longer than a few hours.

Usage is similar to regular Tailwind except that we recommend limiting continuous use to 6 hours or less to avoid building up a high concentration. Each scoop contains 100 calories and 35mg of caffeine. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When it’s dialed in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter workouts (<2hr), you can use less Tailwind to taste.
