    Lemon is my favorite. This is just a good product no matter what distance you're doing. I've used it on short ones all the way up to 100 milers. I recommend.

    Tailwind is my go-to fuel for dialed in nutrition on long runs or training rides. Tastes great, no gut distress, great combination of calories and replenishing nutrients.

    This stuff is amazing! The flavor doesnt get old or leave a sugary coating in the mouth. Usually makes me want to down the whole bottle and super easy on the stomach while consuming during activity. Definitely will be buying again once I run low, because I dont want to run out.

Usage

Each serving is 100 calories. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When it’s dialed in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter workouts (<2hr), you can use less Tailwind to taste.
