    Awesome Carb Drink

    This product was supplied at the Carson City epic and since that race, I have been wanting to try it out in training. This year I have been wanting to work on, on the bike nutrition. This product makes it easy to stay fueled on long rides and does not cause me any stomach issues. It has a mild but refreshing taste that is not chalky. I would recommend this to any athlete that needs to take on the bike nutrition. I can finish all my rides just as hard as I start them.

    Keeps me moving on the trail

    This stuff is awesome. I have switched to only using Tailwind on my hiking trips when I am actually hiking. I mix it just a bit thicker than suggested, but it is what works best for me. During the day, I will not need any solid food as I hike 10-20 miles. Tailwind keeps me fueled all day. Either at camp or in town after hiking, then I will eat solid food. Tailwind has helped me lighten my load and keep pace on the trail.

Each serving is 100 calories. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide.
