    I typically don't care too much about the taste of a product as long as it Works! Tailwind is a Great product and I've used it consistently during trail races of various distances. The Colorado Cola has a great flavor that makes it easy to consume during tough workouts/races.
    I will continue to be a Frequent Flyer!

    Pretty close to flat cola

    I enjoy the flavor of this and its pretty close to the taste of flat cola. So far so good, I’ll order more in the future.

    I purchased a bag of Colorado Cola Tailwind for running, and then got injured before I could use it, so now I'm using it solely for swimming and I LOVE it. The flavor reminds me of bottle caps candy, which is terrific, and it keeps me moving. Can't wait to try this on the trails when I recover!

Usage is similar to regular Tailwind except that we recommend limiting continuous use to 6 hours or less to avoid building up a high concentration. Each scoop contains 100 calories and 35mg of caffeine. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When it’s dialed in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter workouts (<2hr), you can use less Tailwind to taste.
