Each serving is 100 calories. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When it’s dialed in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter workouts (<2hr), you can use less Tailwind to taste.

    I stayed using this two years ago for all my training and races (5 - 8 hour events). I’m a heavy sweater and prone to cramping and this is the best I’ve found. I used to use a “custom” formulated competitor and after a lot of gut distress found out it contains milk products. Stick with tailwind.

    It’s great to have a go to exercise hydration solution. I have more space in my bike bag, don’t end a ride as starving as usual and have not had cramping issues, even on the 4-5 hour efforts that usually get me. My wife usually hates all energy mixes because of flavor … naked to the rescue. She was sold!!

    Great for mountaineering

    After Ojos del Salado in 2019, I swore off using Gu because it was too sweet, difficult to stomach and process at altitude, and left me retching at the summit. I also have problems with appetite at altitude and switching over to endurance fuels, like Tailwind, has been a huge improvement. My blood sugar stays steady and I can easily drink up to 600 calories in 1 liter on summit days. Can't recommend enough. Looking forward to using my bag on Pik Lenin!

    I love all the tailwind that I have purchased! The test is great and love the boost of energy on my long runs and rides! Tailwind is my go to fuel for training!

    Best overall endurance fuel

    As someone with a touchy stomach, I was never able to do goos, could barely do chews, and had to water down Gatorade. I tried tailwind at an aid station at a 20 miler and was surprised at how well my stomach did with it. Since then, I've done away with all other fuel and strictly use tailwind.
