    Very impressed with berry endurance fuel. Not feeling the fall off on my runs any more, especially the late afternoon runs after work. The taste is very subtle and doesn't smack you in the mouth with a heavy sugary taste like other similar fuel drinks and easy on my stomach. Give it try, you won't be disappointed.

    An Ultrarunners Best Friend!!

    In the past 4 years I have run 10 Ultra's, (50K - 24 hours) and I am doing my first 100-miler in November. I started using Tailwind about 3 years ago and have never had an issue with cramping, GI issues, or anything else since using it!! That alone makes it sooooooo worth it!! More than that, I like the flavor (Berry & Lemon are my favorites!), it cleans easy and dissolves easy. I do not know if I would have excelled as much without it!! All the best to you in your adventures!! Make sure Tailwind comes along! Andy :-)

    Met and exceeded expectations - on a long and warm day

    I tested the Berry version on a 7 hour outing as part of preparing for Pine to Palm 100 miles endurance run in September. I used only Tailwind and only the berry version for the event and had no issues with lack of energy, stomach issues or other. It definitely will be the concerstone of my nutrition strategy going into P2P in a few weeks

Each serving is 100 calories. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When it’s dialed in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter workouts (<2hr), you can use less Tailwind to taste.
