Usage is similar to regular Tailwind except that we recommend limiting continuous use to 6 hours or less to avoid building up a high concentration. Each scoop contains 100 calories and 35mg of caffeine. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When it’s dialed in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter workouts (<2hr), you can use less Tailwind to taste.

Long story short this product just works. I just completed my first marathon MTB race and used tailwind for the entire race. I can't thank tailwind enough!

I only take TW for under 10 miles now, and even on longer runs, I do better with real food at the aid stations, perhaps a honey waffle - and TW. LOVE the mandarin flavor but just tried the Rasperry Buzz - really great!
The Green Tea Buzz is great, it could be a little bit more green tea flavored. Can't complain about the results at all though!
Best bang for the buck. Hydration and fuel all in one. I used it for training in 2016 and finished a marathon with a PR. The best thing was I wasn't starving after the run and post race stiffness and soreness was almost non-existent.

I have tried infinite but tailwind was at my door in two days. The product works for a simple fellow like me. I can't hang with rides that avg 23 mph. With tailwind I can keep strong and hang on longer. Tastes great.
